本文就1982年于传染病院住院经血清学证实的乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)105例进行临床分析。同时总结该院1975年至1982年32例60岁以上老年乙脑特点。重点分析了近年来乙型脑炎发病年龄的变化,特别是老年乙脑发病率升高的原因。
In this paper, we conducted a clinical analysis of 105 seropositive cases of Japanese encephalitis (hereinafter referred to as JE) admitted to Infectious Diseases Hospital in 1982. At the same time, the hospital from 1975 to 1982, 32 cases of elderly over the age of 60 JE features. The author mainly analyzes the change of the age of onset of Japanese encephalitis in recent years, especially the reason of the increase of the incidence of Japanese encephalitis.
