1985年开始试验,首次应用DIBA法对单头带毒蚜检测方法进行研究。结果说明,用DIBA法检测植物病毒,简便、快速、灵敏、准确,具有较高的应用价值。
The experiment started in 1985, the first application of DIBA method for single-headed poisonous aphids detection method. The result shows that the detection of plant virus by DIBA method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and has high application value.
