近年来,国家实施了包括基本医疗保障制度全覆盖、基本药物制度实施、基层医疗卫生体系建设、促进基本公共卫生服务均等化、公立医院改革为重点的五项重大医改政策。基本药物制度不断推进,相继取消乡、村两级基层医疗机构药品差价,使群众医药费负担大幅下降,今年又在县级医院试点取消药品加成。国家实施一系列卫生强基工程,各级财政加大对县、乡、村三级基层医疗卫生机构医改投入。基层医疗单位正向公益性回归,管好用好国家医改
In recent years, the state has implemented five major health care reform policies that include the full coverage of the basic medical insurance system, the implementation of the basic drug system, the construction of the primary health care system, the equalization of basic public health services, and the reform of public hospitals. The basic medicine system has been continuously promoted. The drug price difference between primary and secondary medical institutions at the township and village levels has been canceled one after another, so that the burden of medical expenses for the masses has dropped sharply.
