企业作为一种成熟的组织结构,最重要的就两方面:资产和人。资产关系决定企业治理结构和组织形式;人的关系决定企业运作方式,其它都是由这两者派生出来的。资产关系和人的关系又是紧密联系的,是一个整体,单纯强调某一方面势必导致改革的不均衡,最终是形似而神不似。在某种意义上说,对人的改革比资产改革更难,更重要,因为无论是什么样的企业组织结构、无论什么样的制度,都是由一定的人来操纵、执行和完成的,人的问题是最根本的问题。
Enterprise as a mature organizational structure, the most important two aspects: assets and people. Asset relations determine the structure of corporate governance and organizational forms; human relations determine the way the business operates, and the rest are derived from both. Assets relations and human relations are closely linked, is a whole, simply to emphasize that certain aspects will inevitably lead to uneven reform, the final shape is similar to the gods does not like. In a sense, people’s reform is harder and more important than asset reform. No matter what kind of enterprise organizational structure and no matter what kind of system it is, it is controlled, implemented and completed by certain people. Human problems are the most fundamental problems.
