6月5日,是迎世博、讲文明、树新风“三五”集中行动“窗口服务日”。这一天上海大众调度中心的英语特色班为调度中心的其他同事进行了一次培训,大家一起听录音,寻找英语会话中的不足之处,一起改进。不过这样的培训可不仅在这一天,这是大众调度中心英语班定期要开展的工作。大众调度中心200 5年初成立了英语特色服务班,几年来,这个由1 5名业务骨干组成的班组,用自己出色的业务能力为乘客提供了良好的英语要车、咨询等服务,受到了乘客的赞誉,2008年还被评为全国用户满意服
