治疗慢性淚囊炎,过去用鼻淚管义管插入法,因远期效果差,目前已较少采用。苏联眼科通报一九六〇年第一期,发表了M. M. Kpachob氏的慢性淚囊炎之淚囊內側插管法,此法是将义管通过淚囊內側壁和穿过骨壁进入中鼻道,效果良好。一年多来,我院按此法治疗了25例共32眼,初步得出如下結果。一、义管的性貭长度和口径义管长12mm,外徑5.5mm,內徑4mm塑胶管。管的上端置一根縫綫,以作义管插入后縫于淚囊前壁以防脱出之用,管的下端作一缺口,以防义管頂住鼻腔側壁造成堵塞。二、手术步驟
