16只大鼠运动皮质注入HRP观察顺向标记的皮质脊髓束纤维的走行与分布以及观察逆向标记细胞在各低级中枢的分布情况。皮质脊髓束在延髓内交叉后进入延髓背侧索并向尾侧进入脊髓背侧索形成皮质脊髓背侧束。各低级中枢内逆行标记细胞分布广泛,以网状结构细胞为主。大量的广泛的细胞向运动皮质投射上行纤维对运动皮质的兴奋性的维持以及构成锥体外系的反馈路径有重要作用。
HRP was injected into the motor cortex of 16 rats to observe the movement and distribution of the corticospinal tract fibers and to observe the distribution of the reverse labeled cells in all the lower centers. Corticospinal tract cross in the medulla oblongata into the dorsal medulla oblongata and to the caudal spinal cord into the dorsal cord to form a corticospinal dorsal beam. Retrograde markers in all low-grade central cells are widely distributed in the main reticular cells. A large number of extensive cell-to-motor cortical projective ascending fibers play an important role in the excitability of the motor cortex and in the feedback pathways that make up the extrapyramidal system.
