从本质上讲,分层教学法是对全体学生的一种深入了解,自实施新课程标准以来,就一直强调教学中要做到以人为本,要让不同的学生在教学中得到不同的发展,尤其是数学课堂上表现得尤为充分。分层教学就是以因材施教为根基,教师根据学生现阶段的学习能力、知识掌握程度,科学地进行分层教学。近几年,分层教学在数学教学中广泛实施,都取得了不错的效果。
