高校大学生党支部建在班级,是高校基层党组织设置模式的创新,是新形势下高校学生党建工作的目标;然而,在大学生党支部建在班级的实践过程中存在学生党支部组织机构频繁变动、班级党支部工作周期短、班级党支部委员党务能力有待进一步加强、辅导员在班级党支部建设中的作用削弱等问题,影响了大学生党支部建在班级工作。本文针对存在的这些问题,提出了推进大学生党支部建在班级的配套措施。
The construction of college student party branch in class is the innovation of setting mode of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities, which is the goal of party building among college students under the new situation. However, there are frequent changes in the organizational structure of student party branch during the practice of undergraduate party branch construction , The short work cycle of the party branch of the class, the ability of party branch members in the party branch to be further strengthened, the role of counselors in the construction of the party branch of the class weakened and other issues have affected the construction of the undergraduate student party branch in the class work. In view of these existing problems, this paper puts forward the supporting measures to promote the construction of undergraduate party branch in the class.
