针对国内的电力迅猛发展,为进一步节能减排,提出了在电厂应用中压变频。介绍了冷凝泵在电厂的运行工况,分析了水泵的变频节能原理。对珞璜电厂的变频改造提出了系统方案,包括系统的动力方案和系统的控制方案。着重介绍了ACS5000中压变频器的拓扑结构、技术特点和控制方式。最后通过电厂的实测数据证明了ACS5000中压变频系统具有很高的系统动、静态性能,净节电率超过40%。
For the rapid development of domestic electricity, in order to further energy-saving emission reduction, put forward in the power plant applications in frequency conversion. The working condition of the condensate pump in the power plant is introduced, and the energy saving principle of the pump is analyzed. The Luohuang power plant frequency conversion transformation proposed system programs, including the system power program and system control program. The topology, technical characteristics and control methods of the ACS5000 medium voltage inverter are introduced emphatically. Finally, the measured data from the power plant prove that the ACS5000 medium frequency conversion system has high system dynamic and static performance with a net energy saving rate of more than 40%.
