本研究主要针对24名优秀手枪射击运动员在不同训练负荷阶段对运动员心理状态及中枢神经系统机能进行连续监测,探索不同负荷阶段运动员心理状态、中枢机能变化规律及影响因素,为优秀手枪射击运动员备战大赛前冬训阶段负荷训练计划安排提供参考依据。结果表明:1.优秀手枪射击运动员三种不同训练负荷安排虽然导致了运动员在消极评价与SCL-90总分两个维度的心理状态显著变化,但这种变化诱因较为复杂,需要进一步的深入研究。2.LL-LLI训练阶段手枪射击运动员的有氧能力指数显著高于其他阶段,主要原因是在本阶段安排了针对性的体能训练,体能训练中有氧训练的占比相对以往有所增加。3.ML-HLI训练阶段由于训练负荷强度的显著提升,中枢神经系统受到的刺激也逐渐增大到峰值,但这种刺激产生的结果并不完全是负面效应。
