教练员作为篮球队训练管理的直接实施者,在训练过程中,不仅要对队员身体上进行体能训练和技术指导,更要在其思想上进行疏导、教育和管理,其管理理念、决策能力、知识结构、品德行为、管理能力、言谈举止乃至人格魅力都在训练管理过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。
As a direct implementer of basketball team training and management, coaches should not only conduct physical training and technical guidance on their team members, but also guide, educate and manage their ideology.
