作为葡萄球菌生物膜感染调节机制中的关键基因,附属基因调节子(accessory gene regulator,agr)通过自身分泌的自诱导素(Auto-inducing Peptide,AIP)的作用被激活,从而调控各种因子的表达,使细菌表型发生变化。大量研究表明,agr在体内感染中的作用非常微妙,可下调多种细胞表面蛋白,上调毒力因子的表达,对病原菌的入侵、生物膜的形成和分离以及抗生素选择性耐药均具有重要的调节作用。明确agr在生物膜感染中的作用机制,将有助于消除与生物材料相关的葡萄球菌生物膜感染问题。本文对目前文献中agr在葡萄球菌感染中作用的研究进展进行综述。
