随着社会的进步和科技的发展,电子商务对传统商业模式的冲击巨大。构筑符合信息时代要求的体验式商业成了商业地产新的出路。城市商业综合体建筑的体量越来越大,功能越来越复杂,在建筑设计中,商业的体验式需求与消防安全要求如何协调,做到既保证商业品质,又保证消防安全,是我们当下需要考虑的问题。文章通过某项设计实例,分析商业综合体建筑消防设计的相关问题,探讨商业综合体建筑中的商业建筑消防疏散设计。
With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, e-commerce has a tremendous impact on the traditional business model. Constructing an experiential business that meets the requirements of the information age has become a new way for commercial real estate. Urban commercial complex is getting bigger and bigger, the function is more and more complicated. In the architectural design, how to coordinate the experiential needs of business with the requirements of fire safety so as to ensure both the commercial quality and the fire safety, is our Now need to consider the issue. Through a design example, the article analyzes the related problems of fire protection design of commercial complex buildings and discusses the fire evacuation design of commercial buildings in commercial complex buildings.
