人工控制条件下对宝兴鸭茅和金丝岭鸭茅的耐高温性能进行评价。结果表明随着胁迫温度的升高,鸭茅幼苗叶片的相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升后下降。对3项生理指标的分析表明两份鸭茅材料均具有一定的耐高温性能,该试验条件下宝兴鸭茅的耐高温性能略强于金丝岭鸭茅。
Artificial control conditions Baoding Dactylis glomerata and Jindailing high temperature performance evaluation. The results showed that the relative conductivity and free proline content of A. canadensis seedlings increased with the increase of stress temperature, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) first increased and then decreased. The analysis of three physiological indexes showed that both of the two materials had certain high temperature resistance. Under the test conditions, the high temperature resistance of Baosheng Dactylis glomerata was slightly stronger than that of Jinsilai Dactylis glomerata.
