准备活动应根据课的内容,以预防运动创伤为主,这是毫无疑问的。然而,从目前学生的心理来说,由于学业负担较重,参加体育活动的时间少,一到上体育课,就急于主教材练习。大多数学生是不乐意做准备活动的,做也是持敷衍态度。如何提高学生做准备活动的积极性,便成为体育教师一个新的课题。为了解决好这个问题,教师在教学的实际工作中,必须做到:
There is no doubt that preparatory activities should be based on the content of the lesson to prevent sports injuries. However, from the current student psychology, due to heavy academic burden, less time to participate in physical activity, physical education at the first rush to the practice of teaching materials. Most students are not willing to do preparatory activities, so they also hold perfunctory attitude. How to improve students’ enthusiasm for preparation activities has become a new topic for PE teachers. In order to solve this problem, teachers in the actual work of teaching, we must do:
