作为企业的主要领导干部，要实施有效的领导，我认为必须做到以下三条：第一，要实行科学正确的决策；第二，要实行严密有序的组织指挥；第三，要充分调动广大职工的积极性。而第三条是坚持党的全心全意为人民服务宗旨的具体表现，也是贯彻全心全意依靠工人阶级方针的具体体现
As the leading cadres of enterprises, if we want to implement effective leadership, I think we must do the following three things: first, we must make the right decisions in science; second, we must implement strict and orderly organization and command; and third, we must fully mobilize the vast majority Staff enthusiasm.
