目的了解天津市河东区儿童入托入学查验预防接种证工作情况,为今后免疫规划管理提供科学依据。方法利用天津免疫规划信息管理系统收集儿童入托入学儿童查验预防接种证和补证、补种资料。结果天津市河东区2013年查验率和补证率均为100.00%,补种率为70.27%。结论天津市河东区入学、入托儿童补种率较低,应采取多种措施,提高儿童疫苗补种率。
Objective To understand the working status of vaccination certificates for children enrolled in Hedong District of Tianjin and provide a scientific basis for future immunization planning and management. Methods Tianjin immunization planning information management system to collect children enrolled children check vaccination certificates and proofs, replanting information. Results Hedong District, Tianjin in 2013 inspection rate and supplementary certification rates were 100.00%, 70.27% seed replacement rate. Conclusion In Hedong District of Tianjin City, admission rate of children under admission is relatively low. Various measures should be taken to improve the rate of child vaccination.
