乌桕毒蛾幼虫可引起人体皮肤红肿痒痛,文献已有记载。但乌桕毒蛾幼虫引起暴发性皮炎尚未见报道,1987年5月温州医学院幼儿园师生发生了一起乌桕毒蛾幼虫皮炎,发病人数达65人,现报告如下。 发病情况 1987年5月中旬,附属第二医院皮肤科门诊接诊了十几例学龄前儿童患有两前臂呈簇状分布的水肿性红色小丘疹。经了解患儿均为温州医学院幼儿园儿童。于是,我们深入该幼儿园进行现场调查,共查当天在校学生75人,发疹62人(83％);教职工13人,发疹3人(23％)。总共88人中,发病65人,发病率为74％。
