目的观察戊二醛雾化熏蒸柜对医疗器械的灭菌效果,探讨医用胶管类物品戊二醛熏蒸灭菌的可行性。方法根据《消毒技术规范》灭菌与消毒器械消毒功效鉴定,以耀华YH-280型全自动戊二醛熏蒸柜为实验仪器,采用载体定性杀菌试验方法进行试验。结果该型号戊二醛熏蒸柜可杀灭暴露于柜室内各层不同位置布放的不锈钢载体及止血钳表面、齿端及轴关节的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。对内孔径≥4.0mm,长度为1 500 mm、1 000 mm、750 mm、500 mm医用乳胶管可达灭菌要求,内孔径为2.8mm和2.2mm的医用乳胶管灭菌后经培养仍有细菌生长。结论该型号戊二醛熏蒸柜在本试验条件下,可杀灭完全暴露的不锈钢染菌载体、医用止血钳及内孔径≥4.0mm医用乳胶管的细菌芽孢,但对内孔径更细的医用乳胶管不能保证灭菌效果。
Objective To observe the sterilization effect of glutaraldehyde atomizing fumigation cabinet on medical equipment and to discuss the feasibility of glutaraldehyde fumigation sterilization of medical rubber goods. Methods According to the disinfecting effect of sterilizing and disinfecting instruments in “Technical Specifications of Sterilization”, the experiment was carried out by the method of qualitative and bactericidal test using Yehua YH-280 automatic glutaraldehyde fumigation cabinet as experimental equipment. Results The glutaraldehyde fumigation cabinet can kill the stainless steel carriers exposed to different positions in the cabinet and the Bacillus subtilis var. The medical latex tube with inner diameter≥4.0mm, length of 1 500 mm, 1 000 mm, 750 mm, 500 mm can reach the sterilization requirements, the medical latex tube with the inner diameter of 2.8 mm and 2.2 mm is still cultured after being sterilized Bacteria grow. Conclusion This model glutaraldehyde fumigation cabinet can kill completely exposed stainless steel stain carrier, medical hemostatic forceps and bacterial spores of medical latex tube with inner diameter ≥4.0 mm under this test condition, but the medical latex with finer inner diameter Tube can not guarantee the sterilization effect.
