折返是快速型心律失常的主要成因,单向阻滞、传导减慢和折返带已恢复应激是形成折返的先决条件。传导减慢可引起节段性电活动延迟(即迟电位),它与室性心律失常的发生密助相关。迟电位(Late potential)出现在QRS波群终末部、S-T段内,表现为一种高频、低幅值的心电活动,近二十年来引起了学者们的关注。1978年Berbari,Fontaine等用高增益放大和计算机叠加平均技术从体表记录迟电位以来,有关迟电位与室性心动过速及其临床意义迭见文献,现介绍如下。
Reentry is the main cause of tachyarrhythmia. Unidirectional blockade, slowing of conduction, and recovery of stressed zone are prerequisites for the formation of reentry. Delayed conduction can cause segmental electrical activity delay (ie, potential), which is closely related with the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias. Late potential appears in the terminal part of QRS complex, S-T segment, showing a kind of high-frequency, low-amplitude ECG, which has attracted the attention of scholars for nearly two decades. In 1978, Berbari, Fontaine and other high-gain amplification and computer averaging technique recorded from the body surface late potential, since the potential for ventricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia have seen the following clinical literature.
