血清Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)是一种胶原蛋白,是构成基底膜的主要成分。当肝纤维化发生时,基底膜遭受破坏,致CⅣ显著增加,并导致肝细胞损伤及肝脏机能障碍加重。本文采用放射免疫分析法对40例肝硬化患者进行CⅣ含量检测,并观察肝硬化患者前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)治疗前后CⅣ水平的变化。 资料和方法 一、对象: (一)正常对照组:30例(男20,女10),年龄25~69岁,平均48岁,均为我院健康体检者。 (二)肝硬化组:40例(男30,女10),年龄25~71岁,平均51.3岁,40例患者均为乙肝后肝硬化,按Child分级,A级10例、B级20例、C级10例,病程6月~13年,无心脏病、高血压及肾功能损害。 二、方法:PGE_1治疗肝硬化患者用法:PGE_1200mg+10%GS500ml,缓慢静滴,每日一次,4周为一疗程。所有检测对象均空腹静脉采血,分离血
Serum type IV collagen (CIV) is a collagen that forms the main component of the basement membrane. When liver fibrosis occurs, the basement membrane is damaged, leading to a significant increase in C IV, leading to hepatocellular injury and increased liver dysfunction. In this paper, 40 patients with cirrhosis were tested for CⅣ by radioimmunoassay and CⅣ levels were observed before and after prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) treatment in cirrhotic patients. Materials and methods First, the object: (a) the normal control group: 30 cases (20 males and 10 females), aged 25 to 69 years, mean 48 years old, are healthy physical examination in our hospital. (B) cirrhosis group: 40 cases (male 30, female 10), aged 25 to 71 years, mean 51.3 years, 40 patients were hepatitis B cirrhosis, according to Child classification, A grade in 10 cases, B grade in 20 cases , C grade 10 cases, duration of 6 months to 13 years, no heart disease, hypertension and renal dysfunction.
