有机金属电子转移复合物(MTCNQ)具有响应速度快(纳秒级)、可逆的双稳态和两个稳态的光学特性,适于在短波长(蓝绿光)区域写入与擦除。本文阐述了MTCNQ类电子转移复合物的可擦重写机理,讨论了可逆光色变化的影响因素,并综述和展望该类化合物作为短波长可擦重写光盘记录介质的研究和发展趋势。
The organometallic electron transfer complex (MTCNQ) has fast response (nanoseconds), reversible bistability and two steady-state optical properties, suitable for writing and erasing in short wavelength (blue-green) regions. This paper describes the erasable and rewritable mechanism of MTCNQ electron transfer complexes, discusses the influencing factors of reversible light color changes, and reviews and prospects the research and development trend of these compounds as short wavelength erasable and rewritable optical disk recording media.
