应用酶组织化学和免疫组织化学等方法,对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)诱发家兔葡萄膜炎的病变进行动态研究。静脉注射BSA后的第7天,脉络膜内开始出现酸性α-萘酚醋酸酯酶(ANAE)阳性淋巴细胞,随病变发展,视网膜组织破坏,阳性细胞数递增,11天视网膜出现典型肉芽肿性病变时,脉络膜内浸润的淋巴细胞以ANAE阳性细胞为主,提示T细胞在BSA诱发家免葡萄膜炎中起重要作用,且与视网膜组织的破坏及肉芽肿的形成有密切关系。
The enzymatic histochemistry and immunohistochemistry were used to study the dynamic changes of rabbit uveitis induced by bovine serum albumin (BSA). On day 7 after intravenous injection of BSA, acidic α-naphthol acetate acetate (ANAE) -positive lymphocytes began to appear in the choroid. With the development of the lesion, the destruction of the retina tissue and the increase of the number of positive cells, typical granulomatous lesions appeared on the 11th day , The intra-choroidal infiltration of lymphocytes to ANAE-positive cells, suggesting that T cells play an important role in the BSA-induced house-free uveitis, and the destruction of the retina and the formation of granulomas are closely related.
