近年来,为了解决各医院卫生单位招待费居高不下的问题,我县卫生系统推行了招待费报告制度,取得了较好的效果。具体做法:(1)每月将招待费公布一次。(2)每季度向县卫生局纪检组书面报告一次。(3)每半年召开一次职工代表大会,将半年招待费的事由、金额明细帐向大会报告,让全体职工代表讨论研究。职代会通过的合理的招待费由单位公款支付;职代会认为不合理的招待,则由当事人自己付款,并将讨论结果及处理意见写成书面村料,上报县局。(4)将此项工作纳入目标考核范围。
In recent years, in order to solve the problem of high entertainment costs in hospitals, the hospital’s health system has implemented a hospitality reporting system and achieved good results. Specific approach: (1) The hospitality will be announced once a month. (2) Write a written report to the discipline inspection team of the county health bureau every quarter. (3) A staff representative meeting shall be held once every six months. The cause of the half-year hospitality shall be reported to the General Assembly, and all staff representatives shall discuss the study. The reasonable hospitality fees passed by the Workers’ Congress are paid by the unit’s public funds. If the staff representative conceits an unreasonable hospitality, the parties themselves must make payments, and the discussion results and handling opinions should be written in written materials and reported to the county bureau. (4) Include this work in the scope of the target assessment.
