有特色的重点学科建设对医院图书馆管理的现代化建设十分重要,这是医院图书馆生存与发展的关键要点,是实现医院图书馆管理与重点建设的共同目标,有利于转变现代化的服务模式,也是适应新形势发展的需要。本文通过对医院图书馆管理的优势探究,提出了加强和建立重点学科建设资源体系的政策与建议,以期为相关从业人员提供借鉴。
The construction of key disciplines with distinctive characteristics is very important for the modernization of hospital library management. This is the key point for the survival and development of the hospital library. It is the common goal of hospital library management and key construction, which is conducive to transforming the modern service mode, It is also to meet the needs of the development of the new situation. Based on the study of the advantages of hospital library management, this paper puts forward some policies and suggestions to strengthen and establish the resource system of key discipline construction so as to provide references for related practitioners.
