介绍了工业开采价值不大的贫菱铁矿用固定碳含量较低的劣质煤作还原剂,经回转窑还原处理,可生产出铁含量在50%以上,金属化率55%左右的预还原矿,并在18.6m~3高炉上冶炼,获得好的试验结果。同时讨论了贫菱铁矿预还原矿中影响铁含量及金属化率高低变化的影响因素。
The valuable iron ore with low carbon content is introduced as a reductant. The reduction treatment of rotary kiln can produce a prereduction of iron content above 50% and metalization rate of about 55% Mine, and smelting in 18.6m ~ 3 blast furnace, get good test result.
