Anhui Hengyuan Coal & Electricity Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company established by Wanbei Coal & Power (Group) Co., Ltd. based on the quality assets of the original Liuqiao No. 2 Mine and four companies including Anhui Fuel Corporation. Registered legally on December 29, 2000 and formally established. The registered capital of the company is RMB 81.60 million and the total share capital is 81.60 million shares.
