笔者在维修三洋彩色电视机中,发现该机开关稳压电源电路中的厚膜电路组件A301损坏较多,而国内又很难买到。厚膜组件A301具有开关电源稳压调整电路功能,电路简单,原理类似国产串联型稳压电源电路。因使用元器件少,较容易用分立元件代换。笔者用分立元件对多台电视机进行代换,其效果与原厚膜块完全相同,使用效果很好,具体代换元件见表,原理见图1,印刷板电路见图2。
