一、前言在金属的熔化和孕育处理期间,往往会产生大量的熔渣和氧化夹杂物。为了防止这些夹杂物进入型腔,传统的方法是加强浇注系统的撇渣效果和浇注时细心地挡渣,但这些措施并不能完全避免夹杂。我们针对柴油机气缸盖铸件夹杂类缺陷较多的特点,曾采用砂芯过滤器对进入型腔内的铁水进行净化处理,夹杂类缺陷有所减少,但在浇注系统附近的侧面上仍发现有夹杂。砂芯过滤器只能挡住粒度较大的熔渣,对于尺寸较小的渣和氧化夹杂物就不易挡住,所以难以保
I. INTRODUCTION Much slag and oxidized inclusions are often produced during the melting and inoculation of metals. In order to prevent these inclusions from entering the cavity, the traditional method is to enhance the skimming effect of the pouring system and to carefully stop the slag during pouring, but these measures can not completely avoid inclusions. In view of the characteristics of diesel engine cylinder head casting inclusions more defects, sand core filter has been used to purify the molten iron into the cavity, inclusions reduced, but there are still inclusions in the side near the casting system .
