用HPLC法测定血中硝苯呲啶浓度,对进口的硝苯呲啶和国产的硝苯呲啶缓释片进行健康人药物动力学和生物利用度研究,所得数据经3P87软件处理.结果显示:硝苯呲啶以二室模型进行分布和消除,进口硝苯呲啶的生物利用度明显优于国产硝苯呲啶(P<0,05),消除半衰期长于国产硝苯呲啶(P<0.05).
The concentration of nifedipine in blood was determined by HPLC, and pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of nifedipine and domestic nifedipine sustained-release tablets were studied. The data were processed by 3P87 software. : Nifedipine was distributed and eliminated in a two-compartment model. The bioavailability of nifedipine was significantly better than that of nifedipine (P <0,05) and the elimination half-life was longer than that of nifedipine (P < 0.05).
