轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)是介于正常衰老和痴呆之间的一种临床状态,向阿尔兹海默病转化率为10％～15％,是国际公认的预防痴呆的最佳阶段.在轻度认知障碍阶段如果对患者加以有效的干预,可以达到延缓与预防痴呆的目的.目前国内外对轻度认知障碍的非药物治疗主要包括认知功能训练和有氧运动,主要通过不断地刺激中枢神经系统起到改善MCI患者认知功能的作用.现对国内外MCI患者的非药物治疗进行分析总结,从身心的角度进行护理,以达到延缓老年痴呆的发生、提高MCI患者的生活质量的目的.
