目的探讨HLA-DRB1*0701基因与吸烟对乙肝疫苗无(弱)应答发生的交互作用及作用方式。方法选取1342名接种乙肝疫苗后无、弱应答者128人作为病例组,在有应答者中按性别匹配随机抽取128人作为对照组进行病例对照研究,对所有研究对象进行问卷调查,并应用PCR-SSP技术检测研究对象的HLA-DRB1*0701基因。采用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果HLA-DRB1*0701基因与无(弱)应答的发生有相关性;基因与吸烟对无(弱)应答的发生有交互作用,显著增加无(弱)应答的发生,且有明显的剂量反应关系;与开始吸烟年龄的交互作用呈低暴露—基因效应;与吸烟年限及每日吸烟量的交互作用呈高暴露—基因效应。结论HLA-DRB1*0701基因与吸烟对乙肝疫苗无(弱)应答的发生有交互作用。
Objective To investigate the interaction and mode of action of HLA-DRB1 * 0701 gene with no (weak) response to hepatitis B vaccine. Methods A total of 1282 non-responders were enrolled in this study. A total of 128 non-responders were enrolled as controls. 128 respondents were sexually matched as control group. All the subjects were surveyed by questionnaire and PCR -SSP technology to test the study of HLA-DRB1 * 0701 gene. Using SPSS13.0 software for analysis. Results HLA-DRB1 * 0701 gene was associated with the occurrence of no (weak) response. Gene interaction with smoking had no effect on the occurrence of no (weak) response, and significantly increased the occurrence of no (weak) response with obvious dose response The interaction with smoking age showed a low exposure-gene effect. The interaction with smoking duration and daily smoking amount was high-exposed-gene effect. Conclusion The HLA-DRB1 * 0701 gene interacts with smoking on the non (weak) response of hepatitis B vaccine.
