对消化性溃疡治疗的药物很多,我们对常用的痢特灵,甲氰咪胍两组进行了临床治疗效果对比观察。1 临床资料痢特灵组20例,男性17例,女性3例,年龄19～69岁。球部溃疡19例,胃溃疡1例。甲氰咪胍组20例,男性16例,女性4例,年龄2156岁,球部溃疡18例,胃溃疡2例。以上病人均经胃镜确诊为捎化性溃疡,淡疡面在0.3～11.5cm之间。所有病例治疗中详细记录副反应,腹痛,反酸等消失时间。服药方法:痢特灵片0.1g,每日3次,甲氰咪胍片0.2g、每日3次,睡前服0.4g,每日1次。服用疗程均为一个月。2 疗效观察痢特灵组上腹痛,消失18例,好转
