患者,男,16岁。无明显不适,2014年6月外院双肾CT平扫+增强,平扫可见左肾中下极不规则低密度区,大小4.5cm×4.0cm×3.5cm,边界清晰,在皮质期、实质期可见不同程度强化,内见囊性低密度影(图1A、B)。2014年8月14日入院。体检:体重68kg,身高158cm,血压110/60 mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),心肺腹体查未见明显异常。右肾轻度叩击痛。实验室检查:尿常规提示
