小口径金刚石钻进中,经常出现岩心堵塞的现象,其常规的解决办法无非是改进操作技术,使用孔底减震器以及双管钻具有良好的单动性能(如缩短内管长度,提高钻具的同心度)等,以增加钻具的稳定性。但几年来的实践证明,上述办法事倍功半,收效甚微。我们还曾在内管和短节内壁涂抹黄干油或浇注机油,以减少岩心与短节和内管之间的摩擦阻力,但也未见成效。八二年开始加工镀铬内管和镀铬短节(均为内径镀铬),八三年六月中旬开始应用,以期减少岩心进入短节和内管的阻力,从而减少和消灭堵塞的现象。通过野外生产实际使用,收到了良好的效果,现将试验情况简介如下。
