企业效能监察是围绕企业中心工作,对重点、难点、薄弱环节或员工关注的热点问题立项开展效能监察,通过现状检查,发现存在问题,分析原因,提出纠正或改进建议,建章立制,堵塞漏洞,提升企业管理,从而促进企业公司生产和经营管理的优化和完善。结合近几年来效能监察工作的一些实践,就开展企业效能监察,进行了一些粗浅的思考。
Corporate performance monitoring is based on the work of the enterprise center, monitoring the effectiveness of the key issues, difficulties, weak links or hot issues focused on employees. Combined with the practice of performance monitoring in recent years, some superficial thinking has been carried out on the monitoring of enterprise effectiveness.
