上皮间质转化(EMT)是人体重要的一个生理过程,近年来EMT被认为与多种肝脏疾病密切相关,如肝纤维化、肝癌(HCC)等。研究发现许多转录因子作用于上皮间质转化,其中Snail在上皮间质转化中有重要作用。文章就Snail在肝脏疾病中的研究进展作一综述。
Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is an important physiological process in the human body. In recent years, EMT has been considered to be closely related to various liver diseases such as liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The study found that many transcription factors act on epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and Snail plays an important role in epithelial-mesenchymal transition. The article reviews the progress of Snail in liver diseases.
