目前的研究发现某些中、西药品具有明显的遗传毒性和潜在的致癌性。为此,我们采用外周血淋巴细胞微核试验法,对自制中成药乳康片进行了遗传毒理研究,现将结果报告如下。纯种SD大白鼠,体重为100～130g,雌雄各半。随机分组。实验前及实验期间喂以标准颗粒饲料,饮用自来水。乳康片按3g/kg的用量溶于蒸馏水,灌胃给药,1次/日,共7次。对照组生理盐水5ml/kg灌胃。
The current study found that certain Chinese and Western medicines have obvious genotoxicity and potential carcinogenicity. To this end, we conducted a genetic toxicological study on homemade Chinese medicine Lukang tablets using the peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus test method. The results are reported below. Purebred SD rats, weighing 100-130g, male and female. Random grouping. Before the experiment and during the experiment, feed standard pellets and drink tap water. Rukang tablets were dissolved in distilled water at a dosage of 3g/kg and administered by gavage once a day for 7 times. The control group was administered saline 5 ml/kg.
