今年年初,胡锦涛总书记在主持中共中央政治局第二次集体学习时强调,要注重学习世界经济知识和分析世界经济形势,不断提高在对外开放条件下推动我国经济发展的规律性认识;各地区各部门的领导干部特别是从事经济工作的领导干部,都要多学一些世界经济的基本知识,多了解一些国际市场的基本情况。为此,国际编辑部与中国铁道建筑总公司联合主办“多学一些世界经济”专栏,邀请有关专家学者撰文,拟分六期刊发,以飨读者。
Earlier this year, General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized the second collective study conducted by the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee and emphasized that we should pay attention to studying the knowledge of the world economy and analyzing the world economic situation and constantly raise the awareness of the regularities that promote the economic development of our country under the conditions of opening to the outside world. Leading cadres in all departments, especially leading cadres engaged in economic work, must learn more about the basic knowledge of the world economy and know more about the basic conditions in some international markets. To this end, the International Editorial Department and China Railway Construction Corporation co-sponsored “learn more of the world economy” column, invite experts and scholars to write an article, to be published in six issues, in order to readers.
