由于天津市水利工程建设缺乏采用我国自行设计的振动沉模板墙技术大面积施工的经验,同时为了证实该项技术在海河流域不同地质条件下的适用性,先在独流减河左堤进行了试验性施工通过对设备工艺的改进,以及防渗墙体复合材料的使用,认为振动沉模板墙技术具有适应环境能力强、造墙质量好、工程造价低、施工效率高等优点,对海河流域堤防防渗加固最为适用
