2002年5月,山西出版界以过百的版贸意向在北京国际图书博览会上初露锋芒。正如当时万物萌动的春景,山西终于打破了版权贸易的沉寂,在这块历史长卷上镌刻下自己的名字。在国内同行看来,笔锋不算犀利,色彩也欠浓烈,但它却如闪光的彗尾,划亮了山西版权贸易的夜空。2002年11月,就版权贸易问题,我们走访了山西4家出版社,在对历史的回顾和现实的分析中,我们有欣喜,也有忧虑。版权贸易中的显著逆差,使我们不得不对山西进而整个中国的版权贸易做更为理性的审视和更加深刻的思索。
May 2002, Shanxi publishing industry to over a hundred version of the trade and trade in Beijing International Book Fair debut. Just as the spring scene of all things started, Shanxi finally broke the silence of copyright trade and engraved its name on this long scroll of history. It seems the domestic counterparts, pen front is not sharp, the color is also less strong, but it is like a flash of the comet, drew the copyright trade in Shanxi night sky. In November 2002, on the issue of copyright trade, we visited four publishing houses in Shanxi Province. We are delighted and worried about the historical review and realistic analysis. The significant deficit in the copyright trade has forced us to make a more rational examination and deeper consideration of the copyright trade in Shanxi and China as a whole.
