栽培凤尾菇一般采用棉籽壳作培养料,但我地区棉籽壳来源困难,而稻草和蔗渣的资源丰富。为此,我们于86、87年进行了用稻草蔗渣混栽和单独用稻草栽培凤尾菇试验。在栽培季节偏迟、后期气温高的情况下,也获得了较好的效果。一、材料与方法(一)栽培料的处理:选用无霉烂的整稻草和经晒干的蔗渣,分别用1%石灰水浸24小时,捞出用清水冲洗后沥干,含水量约65%,pH8右。(二)基质配比:①稻草和蔗渣各44%,麸皮10%,石膏2%;②稻草88%,麸皮10%,石膏2%。
