七年前,毕业于南京工学院道桥专业的龚晓晖,满怀壮志,跨进了新疆公路规划勘察设计院的大门。他在设计院第一测量队期间,先后参加了通往南疆“卡脖子”路段卧虎不拉沟工程的测设和吐鲁番——乌鲁木齐——大黄山高等级公路的测设。曾担任桥涵组组长,负责中小桥涵和立交桥的设计。1993年初,调到设计院电算室工作,1994年3月任电算室副主任。
Seven years ago, Gong Xiaohui, a graduate of the Nanjing Bridge Institute of Bridge Technology, was ambitious and stepped into the door of Xinjiang Highway Planning, Survey and Design Institute. During the first measurement team of the Design Institute, he participated in the surveying and mapping of the Wulabu ditch project in the southern part of Xinjiang and the “Neck Carcass” section and the surveying and mapping of the Turpan-Urumqi-Huangshan high-grade highway. Served as bridge culvert group leader, responsible for the design of small bridges and culverts and overpasses. In early 1993, transferred to the design institute computer room work, in 1994 March appointed computer room deputy director.
