目的:研究正骨方的抗炎镇痛活血作用。方法:抗炎和镇痛实验中按随机数字表法等分5组,模型组,云南白药组(0.041 g/mL),正骨方0.12、0.06、0.03 g/mL组,灌胃给药。采用二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究其抗炎作用;采用热板法致小鼠舔后足研究其镇痛作用。活血实验:制作骨折大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、正骨方高(0.12 g/mL)、中(0.06 g/mL)、低(0.03 g/mL)剂量组及云南白药(0.041 g/mL)阳性对照组,给药30 d,用PER-IMED激光多谱勒血流仪记录鼠大耳廓微循环的血流速度,以判断微循环的改善情况。结果:正骨方组能显著降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的肿胀率,增加小鼠的痛阈值,显著增强骨折大鼠耳廓血流微循环速度。结论:正骨方具有显著的镇痛抗炎活血作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Zheng Gu Fang on anti-inflammatory, analgesic and analgesic effects. Methods: Anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiments were divided into 5 groups according to the random number table, model group, Yunnanbaiyao group (0.041 g/mL), Zhenggufang 0.12, 0.06, 0.03 g/mL group, administered by gavage. Xylene was used to induce mouse ear swelling to study its anti-inflammatory effect; hot plate method was used to study the analgesic effect of the hind paw in mice. Blood-activating experiment: A rat model of fracture was made and randomly divided into model group, high bone height (0.12 g/mL), medium (0.06 g/mL), low (0.03 g/mL) dose group and Yunnanbaiyao (0.041 g/mL In a positive control group, the blood flow velocity of the murine big auricle microcirculation was recorded with a PER-IMED laser Doppler blood flow monitor for 30 days to determine the improvement of the microcirculation. RESULTS: Zheng Gu Fang Decoction can significantly reduce the ear swollen swelling rate of mice caused by xylene, increase the pain threshold of mice, and significantly increase the blood flow microcirculation speed of the auricle of rats with fractures. Conclusion: Zheng Gu Fang has significant analgesic, anti-inflammatory and blood-activating effects.
