胃康宁是根据消化性溃疡的发病机理所研制的一种具有抗酸、抗胃蛋白酶活力的治疗消化性溃疡的新药,经334例临床双肓试验结果疗效显著,对十二指肠球部溃疡痊愈率达73.2%,总有效率88.7%,胃溃疡痊愈率达68.4%,总有效率94.7%;复合溃疡痊愈率达75%,总有效率100%;消化性溃疡痊愈率达71.9%,总有效率90.6%;慢性胃炎症状改善总有效率达77.7%,与阳性对照药硫糖铝及安慰剂均有非常显著之差异。本文报告胃康宁对二种实验性溃疡的防治作用,结果如下:
