目的总结腮腺良性肿瘤部分浅叶切除、保留腮腺主导管的切除术后的效果。方法对59例腮腺良性肿瘤保留导管的浅叶部分切除术患者分析,评价腮腺的功能、面部外形、神经损伤以及术后复发情况。结果经过2～6年的复诊及随访发现,腮腺残余腺体有涎液分泌、面部无明显凹陷畸形、神经无损伤、肿瘤无复发。结论保留腮腺导管的腮腺区域切除术具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To summarize the partial lobectomy of the parotid benign tumor and preserve the effect of resection of parotid main duct. Methods Fifty-nine patients with conserved parotid gland ductal resection of the superficial lobectomy were analyzed to evaluate the parotid function, facial shape, nerve injury and postoperative recurrence. Results After 2 to 6 years of follow-up and follow-up, it was found that salivary fluid was secreted by parotid gland, no obvious deformity and facial deformity, no nerve injury and no recurrence of tumor. Conclusions Parotid regional excision of the parotid duct retains a good clinical value.
