目的分析天智颗粒联合普拉克索对PDD患者血清TNF-α、IL-1、CRP、BDNF水平的影响。方法 98例PD患者随机分组,各49例。对照组给予天智颗粒治疗,研究组给予天智颗粒联合普拉克索治疗,两组均持续治疗56 d。对比治疗前后两组血清TNF-α、IL-1、CRP、BDNF水平。结果治疗后研究组血清TNF-α、IL-1、CRP、BDNF水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天智颗粒联合普拉克索可改善PDD患者血清TNF-α、IL-1、CRP、BDNF水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of Tianzhi granule combined with pramipexole on serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1, CRP and BDNF in patients with PDD. Methods 98 patients with PD were randomly divided into groups, 49 cases in each. The control group was given Tianzhi granule treatment, and the study group was given Tianzhi granule combined with pramipexole treatment. Both groups were treated continuously for 56 days. The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1, CRP and BDNF were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-1, CRP and BDNF in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Tianzhi granule combined with pramipexole can improve the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, CRP and BDNF in patients with PDD.
