该文综合运用各种色谱技术对月腺大戟根进行化学成分研究,利用1D NMR,2D NMR,HR-ESI-MS等波谱技术鉴定了所分离化合物的结构。从月腺大戟根中分离得到4个酚酸类成分,分别鉴定为1,3,4,5-四羟基-2-O-β-D-[6’-O-没食子酰基吡喃葡萄糖基]异戊苷(1),6’-O-没食子酰基葡萄糖异丙苷(2),鞣花酸(3)和3,4’-二甲氧基-鞣花酸(4)。其中,化合物1为新化合物,2,4为首次从大戟属中分离得到。
In this paper, chemical constituents of Euphorbia humilis were studied using various chromatographic techniques. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by 1D NMR, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. Four phenolic acids were isolated from the roots of Euphorbiaceae and identified as 1,3,4,5-tetrahydroxy-2-O-β-D- [6’-O-gallooglucopyranosyl ] Isoin (1), 6’-O- galloyl glucopigin (2), ellagic acid (3) and 3,4’-dimethoxy-ellagic acid (4). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, 2,4 was isolated from Euphorbia for the first time.
