以林牧废弃物配制发酵的有机基质,用简易床式进行了多种蔬菜种苗的培育试验。结果表明:该方式适用于根系再生性能强的蔬菜作物;与容器育苗相比较,有效提高了基质的保水性,避免了容器育苗时的边际效应,保障了种子及幼苗的水分供给,使迟发芽种子得以正常发芽,提高了种子发芽率;有效改善了容器育苗时营养不足的问题,保障了种苗生长发育中的营养供给,且使种苗在不及时定植情况下能够有效生长发育;基质可重复利用,提高了基质利用率;无需育苗容器;总体上有效降低了育苗成本。
